United Presa Association— By EUctrio Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, July 12. Mr Fisk, resident engineer of th« Marconi Company, has arrived fro'n S3*dney to endeavour to obtain a settlement of the differences between tho Government and the Marconi and Telefunken Companies.
Mr Fisk is empowered to offer to stop litigation if a compromise can b< 1 reached by the Government paying a very coasiderablo sum, and tho companies handing over the Australian land rights of the combined patents.
