OTTAWA, July 11. Seventy children died in Montreal in a week, as a result of the heat wave. Conditions are not improving.
WASHINGTON, July 11. The abnormal weather continues in the Eastern States. Many persons havo been killed by lightning and electric storms continue with unabating severity.
