DEATH OF A JOCKEY.
SYDNEY,. April 0. The jockey Matthews, who fell with Bolton and Shanahan' in tho Nursery Handicap on Monday, died to-day, tho result ol a fractured skull. Bolton had four ribs broken and Shanahan sustained a badly injured leg.
