SEVERE TURKISH AND ARAB CASUALTIES. ' TRIPOLI. March 13. A thousand Turks and Arabs were killed nep.r Benghazi yesterday, chiefly by bayonet charges. Three Italian officers and 20 men were killed, and 7 officers and oo men were wounded. Two oases north-pnst of Fo.jat have been occupied.
