MEMBER OF.LOCAL BOARD REMOVED. (Received March 14th, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 14. Tho House of Lbrds, by 95 votes to 36 agreed to Lord Midlcton's motion demanding tho removal of Mr Fitz£ibbon, M.P.. from the Irish Congested Districts Board on the ground that ho had incited tenants to withhold their rents. Lord Crowo admitted that tho speeches wcro indefensible, but said that Mr Bin-ell had warned Mr Fitzgibbon and ho had promised to amend his ways.
