The Kaiapoi roll is now in the hands of tho printers, and is expected to be issued shortly. All the candidates for the' Timara seat (writes our correspondent) havo now spoken except Mr Craigie, M.P., and they are prosecuting their respective campaigns vigorously. Mr Craigie has not yet returned from the North Island.

Mr J. McCombs addressed a largelyattended meeting in the Linwood North publio school last night. Mr W. H. Denton presided. At the conclusion of the address tho candidate was unanimously accorded a hearty 'vote of thanks and confidence.

In the Druids' Hall, Hornby, last evening, Mr J>. G. Sullivan addressed a Lirge. meeting of Riccarton electors, Mr W. Manhire presiding. At tho conclusion of the Mr J. A. McCullough moved!— *' That this meeting heartily thanks Mr Sullivan for his address, and expresses its confidence in him as a desirable representative of tho constituency in Parliament." The resolution was seoonded by Mr J. O'Loughin, and carried. To-night Mr Sullivan will speak in tho Templeton Hall.

Mr George Forbes (Hurunuf) will speak at Waiau on Thursday, Waikari on Friday, ar.d Domett on Saturday. Mr W. J. Walter's preliminary meeting will be held in the Linwood Chess and Draughts Club room, 94 Rolleston street, to-night, and not at tho committee rooms. Stanmoro road, as advertised yesterday morning. Mi F. R. Cooko (Christchurch East) will speak at the Supply Stores, Sydenham, to-night. Mr C. H. Ensor (Riccarton) will speak at Templeton on Thursday, and at the Harewood road school on Friday. •Mr J. E. Petherick (Christchurch North) will speak at the King's Theatre on Wednesday night, this being his first address. A meeting of su]>porters will bo held subsequently to form ooiiimittees. Mr D. D. Macfarlane (Hurunui) will speak at Waikari to-night, ot Ashley on Wednesday, Waipara on Thursday, and at The Peaks schoolbotise ou Friday. Mr J. MoCombs (Avon) will -ddres** the electors of Avon to-night at tho East Bolt bridge, and to-morrow night at the Philiipstown public cchool. Friends and supporters are invited tc attend a meeting of committee in tho Linwood Chess Club rooms, Rolleston street, on Thursday night at eight o'clock.
