(SPKCIU. TO "TUB PRE*3.") - WELLINGTON, October 29. It was rumoured in political circles yesterday that thero was eoinc probability of tho Hon. Mr Paul's contesting the Dunedin North seat as a Labour candidate, against Mr G. M. Thomson, the sitting member. Mr Barclay, it js stated, will retire from the contest. Mr Paul left for the south last He will probably give his answer to tho Labour Committee on Tuesday next.
