HAWARDEN SALEYARDS COMPANY LTD.

The twelfth annual'general meeting of shareholders in the Hawarden Saleyards Company Ltd. was held in tho company's hall on Thursday, Mr H. T. Little in the chair. The report showed that 100,268 sheep, 61 cattle,. 35 horses, 126 pigs, and numerous lote of. implements, produce, furniture, etc.", had passed through the yards during the past year. The balance-sheet ehowed total receipts (including credit balance of last year) £552 3s 4d, and expenditure £417 14s; lOd, leaving a credit balance to bo carried forward of £134 8s 6d. It was decided to glear off the mortgage of £100, pay a dividend of 6 per cent./ and make further extensions, replace menta; and repairs to the yards. Messrs H. ,T. Little and W. Neeve were reelected, unopposed, to the Board of Directors. Mr J. W, M. Cox was again appointed auditor, and Mr G. Rutherford elected to the chair for the ensuing year. Congratulatory remarks, and -a vote of thanks to the .chairman terminated the meeting.*. :
