A great battle was fought ai Neuberans, in whio!f Salar od Dowleh's force was defeated, losing 400 killed. Some 20 prisoners and seven guns were captured. The force is retreating to Hamadan with the Government troops in pursuit. It is reported that the ex-6h»h is near Astrabad with four hundred Persian and Russian Turcomans. He seised and killed a Turcoman deputy of the Mejlies. -
