TURKEY'S INTENTIONS.
DECLARATION OF WAR PROBABLE.
(Received September 29th, 11.35 p.m.) VIENNA, September 28. The "None Froie Presso" learns authoritatively from a diplomatic eource, that Turkey win answor the ultimatum by a declaration of war. Hostilities will be confined to Tripoli, and the conflict in European Turkey •will be conducted in the economic field. All Italians in Turkey will be expelled, and twenty-four hours' notice will be served to terminate the commercial treaty. Italian goods will then be boycotted. Any attempt to len6! troops on Turkish soil will be mot by armed force. It is understood that Bulgaria will remain quiet.
