New pictures films come,, to hand with a bewildering rapidity. Another fresh, selection was shown nt the Colosseum last night, the programme including some very .fine subjects. "The Warwick Chronicle " related pictorially the latest happenings in England, another item of topical interest being this year's carnival at Nice, tho long procession containing myriads of merry-makers, and many immense ".and grotesque figure 3on wheels as viewed from several (standpoints,- the views revealing a scene of gaiety which is something novel to people living in. newer and more solior countries. A good vaudeville film was a mono-cycle display l>y a very clever young lndy who performs an astonishing variety.of moves on a onewheel cycle. " Firemen on Parade " shows the New York firo brigades marching in procession and engaged in one- of their competitions. . The dramatic , studies were- particularly : g00d, , , this department including " Two Reformations,"'" Was he a Coward," and" A Drunkard's Reformation," while " All for Lovo of a Lady," was a delightful comedy, delightfully acted.
