Post Office Holiday.—All post officea will be open in all branches (except rooney order and Savings Bank branch) from 9 to 10 a_n. The usual- despatch of mails will be made up to 9.30 a.m. Mails for despatch during the day will closo at 9.30 a.m. Thinwill be no delivery by letter carriers on Jun. 3rd, but letters, etc., usually delivered by carriers may bo obtained over tho' publio, counter of tho Chief Post Office between 9 and 10 a.m. A counter delivery of all eoxrospondenco will bo made at the Chief Posfc Office on the evening of Juno 2nd between 3 and 9 p.m.
Mails despatched from' the United Kingdom, etc., on April 21st,. via Naples, are due hero on 30th inst., as follows;—-Letter portion, 8 a-to., via, Auckland; newspaper-, 6.30 p.m., via tho Bluff. Mails for Australian States, etc., per .Warrimoo, closo at Blufl on 29th inst; at 3 p.m.; also at Auckland, per Victoria, at 4.15 P " m ' R. B. MORRIS, Acting Chief Postmftfltar.
