MEMORIAL SERVICES.
(Received May 23rd, 10.40 p.m.) LONDON, May 23. Three impressive services wero held at Windsor on Sunday, one of these being attended by the Mayor and Corporation and other bodies. Notable memorial services wero held in many other places in Great Britain. LISBON, May 23. Queen Amelie, the Prince Regent, and the Cabinet, attended a memorial service at the Protestant Church* in Lisbon.
