VISCOUNT GLADSTONE'S ADVICE. United Presa Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. CAPETOWN. May 22. Viscount Gladstone, addressing a meeting at Capetown, recommended the blending and not tho obliterating of characteristic racial aptitudes and capacities, thus giving the nation brilliancy and strength. He added that for the noble consummation of the Union, equal credit and honour were due to all parties.
