The Kaiser Landed quietly at Porfc Victoria, and took train for Lonojop. lung George, the Duke of Copna_ght, Prince Edward, Princo Henry, and qthers, welcomed him at Victoria station* Tho moment tho train came to ns standstill, the Kaiser leaped bareheaded on to tho platform, and, seizing the King's ri'abt hand with both of iiis own, greeted him with the utmost heartiness, kissing him on both Tlio Kaiser then greeted the others, in and finally accompanied Sing George to Buckingham Palace. ..
