There was a geioel entry at the Geraldino yards on Wednesday, about 10,000 sheep being offered. Store sheep were slow of sale, a good many lines being passed in, but fats wore in good demand and sold at a slight advance on the prices realised at last sale. Pigs were a fair entry, and sold well: —Wcaners, Gs, 7s, Bs, and 10s; stores, 18s and 20s; baooners, 20s, 255, 2Gs, 28s, 30s and 32s Gd; cow (dry), £5 12s Gel.

The balance, including the amount curried forward from last year, was £32,815 IBs lid, and th© dividend to be paid on ordinary shares is f> per cent., while £5000 is placenl to the reserve fund, and £9167 14s lid carried forward.
