Arrangements have been completed for the North Coast Steamship Company to take over the whole of tine Illawarra and South Coast Company's steamers and plant. This is* the biggest shipping deal ever concluded in Sydney. MARINE CASUALTY. MELBOURNE, May 19. The trawler Endeavour-has brought back ihe captain and his assistant, forming the crow of the ketch Hawca, from the West Sisters Islands, where the ketch was wrecked in a gale on the 12th. Thc men landed on an island after an exciting struggle.
