ELOPEMENT RIOT.
A serious riot between the troops and [ the populace is reported from Rustchuk, Bulgaria. The cause of the affair waa v young; Turk—B girl who, in spit© of her parent©' had married "a young Bulgarian official. The sentimental crowd were endeavouring to prevent her from being returned to her parents when they cam© in collision with th© troops. There were fifteen persons killed and thirty wounded. Tbo victims included w*ell-known townsfolk and a few soldiers, including General Radko Dunitrieff.
