A match waa played at the Rangiora green yesterday for the Centre badges, held by Gibbs Jordan's team, the challengers being a rink from the Canterbury ClubSmith, Thompson, Neave and Barnett (skip). The came w»s evenly contested. The score* on the nineteenth head were 14 all. Rangiora in the next head got in three and a single on the last head, thus winning hj four. The Rangiora team waa:—Watkin, Angros, i_uc_d and Gibbs Jordan (skip).
