COUNTRY NEWS AND NOTES.
WADDINGTON. The thirty-fifth anniversary of the Primitive Methodist Sunday School was observed on Sunday, October 3rd, when three sermons were preached by tne Rev C. D. Gardiner, of Greendale. The choir and children took wart in siDginc and recitations. On Monday, October 4th, the annual tea and public meeting was largely attended. Ine chai- was taken by Mr C. Garnb.e, superintendent or the school, and addresses were given by the Revs. C V. Gardiner. J. Johnson. T. Petrie. and R. Richards. The Rev. B Dudley distributed the prizes to the children. The report was read by Mrs Innes, secretary.
