(PRESS ASSOCIATION' TELEGRAM.) AUCKLAND, July 5. Arrived, at 4.30 a.m., Mokoia, from Sydney. Sh« was delayed owing to a slight mishap to her machinery. Alice and Ysab.l, schooners from Cook Islands. Tne Alice lost a couple of sails in the heavy weather.
