The following is the Rev. D. C. Bates'e general \reathcr forecast:— Cold, cloudy and wet weather is probable geßMnlly, with high westerly winds, north of East Capo and Kawkia, and southerly winds prevailing elsewhere. The barometer will probably rise in all parts soon.
