LONDON, July 4. Lord Morley, Secretary of State for India, recently established at the India Office a bureau of information and advice to assist Indian students in education and other matters. They have largely availed themselves of the advantage.
Lord Minto has published arrangements for the formation of provincial committees throughout India to put the students' information bureau in London in touch with Indian parents wishing to send their sons to England for education.
