The following criminal cases Will bo heard:—Riahard Walter Wallburton, allowed theft; William James, alleged burglary; Gcorgo Henry Barker, •Ik'ged indecent exposure. (seven cihargee); Steiphon Golding, alleged breakitig. an<l theft. No bill will be presented to the Grand Jury in a caso of alleged oriminal libel at ivaikoura.

The following prisoners will be brought up for sentence : —Robert OarMyle. Alias Alexander, for breaking, entering and theft j Albert Walker and iWatlUr H. Yeadon, broakine, entering, and theft.
