CRIMINAL CALENDAR.
The criminal sittings of the. Supreme Court open in Christchureh on Monday *_t 11 a.m. before his Honour Mr Justice Donnistan. Tluerc aro ten charges •Jjamst four prisoners to be heard, nnd three prisoners, who pleaded guilty in the lower Court, will appear for senteDoe. The following criminal cases Will bo heard:—Riahard Walter Wallburton, allowed theft; William James, alleged burglary; Gcorgo Henry Barker, •Ik'ged indecent exposure. (seven cihargee); Steiphon Golding, alleged breakitig. an<l theft. No bill will be presented to the Grand Jury in a caso of alleged oriminal libel at ivaikoura.
The following prisoners will be brought up for sentence : —Robert OarMyle. Alias Alexander, for breaking, entering and theft j Albert Walker and iWatlUr H. Yeadon, broakine, entering, and theft.
