COALGATE.
At Coalgate market on_ Friday there was a moderate yarding of sheep, awiit 1500 onjy coming to hand, nearly all in tho store pens, about half the entry being hoggets. There was only a Email attendance of buyers, but in sympathy with, other markets sinco the rain, tho sale snowed a much improved "tone and a fairly general clearance was effected at the following prices:—Fat crossbred wethers to 19s, four and six-tooth crossbred - wethers 16s, ewe hoggets 14* lid, wethet= hoggets 11s 9d, mixed sexes lls 2d to 11s 7a, sound-mouth crossbred ew«s with lambs at foot lls 6d Call counted;.
