ENGLISH PRESS COMMENT.
(Received September 25th, 9.42 p.m.) LONDON, September 25. The "Daily Chronicle" says the Admiralty very properly stipulates that in war time its control of the Australian Navy must be absolute. There is no-t-hing more certain than, that Australia will be uoablo for many years to assume sole responsibility for her naval defence. Her safety depends on tho British Navy, and will continue to so depend.
