Really primo bullocks sold at about'Uast week's rates, bat medium and 'inferior cattle showed a decline of from 7s to 10s per head. Prime bullocks brought £10 to £12, extra prime and heavy to £15 7s Gd, medium £9 5s to £9 10s, lirfit £6 10s to £8 ss, best heifers to £8 12s 6d, good £6 17s 6d to £8. Sheep—43s3 were yarded, the largest yarding of the seasoe. Most of them were well-finished sorts. Prices were slightly easier. Freezing buyers operated freely, over 2000 going to them. Ihrime wethers realised 19a to 21s, extra to 22s 6d, medium 17s 6d to 19s, light from 145,, best ewes 18s to 20s, medium 13s to 17s 6d, inferior from 10s. Lambs—2o were yarded. They sold at up to 23s 6d. Pics —85 were yarded. Small pigs were a shade easier, but porkers and baconers wero firm at late rates.
