HOSPITAL BOARD.

Tho North Canterbury Hospital Board met on Wednesday. Present— Messrs jPayling (chairman), Dunlop, Wolfe, W'iiiny, Storry, jJavison. Horrell, Ingram, Morris, Allison, a-tid Gapes. Messrs Allison, Horroll. Morris, and Gapes voting for th« motion. ** In rettard to tho Lyttelton Casunlty Ward. Mr Morris stated that ho understood from members of the House Cora-.mitt-eo th-it br an expondituro of £50 the Board would be able to take- over the ward on the 30th of th© present month.
