"PARIS, September 23. When tho gun on the Latouch-Tre-villo exploded, the covering of its turret- flew into splinters. Tho deck was littered with the mutilated remains of the dead and injured. PRINCE PHILLIP EULENBERG. BERLIN, September 23. Princo Phillip Eulenberg has been released on tho ground of illness. [Prinoo Euienberg's arrest arose out of tho Moltke-Harden trial, scandalous practices having been alleged against him. Ho denied these on oath, but subsequently two witnesses declared that he waG. guilty and the Princo was arrested on a charge of perjury. He was ill whon arrested, and he suffered greatly during ' the trial, especially when confronted by his accusers. Eventually the case was adjourned sirno die, despite a passionate protest by the Prince, who demanded, that, in justice to him, tho caeo should proceed.
