WELLINGTON, July IG. The following cable has been recoi.'ed from the High Commissioner, dated London, July 15th, 1908:—-"Tho wool saJes have commenced with a large ottendance and great competition. Prices average one halfpenny advance over those rilling at the close of last sale. Americans are buyers of suitable finalities."
