RESOLUTION BY THE TRADE UNION CONGRESS.
At the Trado Union Congress, in Liverpool, Mr Cummings, the president, in moving a resolution hoping that Russia would soon havo representative government, deprecated ! bomb or other outrages. j Mr Sexton, the vice-president, in : seoonding tho resolution, said he did not excuse the uoa of bombs or dynamite, but the bureaucracy had had its chance, and missed it. Now their blood would be on their own heads. (Cheers). The resolution was carried.
