(PBI-SS ASSOCIATION* TFXEGIUM.) GISBORNE. August 4. There is a rough sea along the coa»t. Tbo barquentine St. Kilda, from Newcastle, has been seen from East Cane, and shou'd have arrived at Gisborne to-day, but would probably run before- the gale.
