THE PORT ARTHUR SQUADRON. A MEMORIAL SERVICE. Received April 19th, 0.53 a.m.) LONDON, April 18. The "New York Herald" states that the Pobieda just managed to crawl into the harbour and was beached. Admiral Akxielf hae ordered the vessels to remain inside until Admiral Skrydloff arrives. A memorial service for those who perished in the Petropaulovsk was held on board the icebreaker Eerniah, which was designed by Admiral Makaroff.
