(Received March 6th, 12.20 a.m.) LONQON, March 5. French advices frera St. Petersburg state that Austria and Rursia have secretly agreed to provisionally occupy and hold Sc-rvia and Macedonia if, as expected, tue Sultan fails to execute the reforms.
