MOBILISATION OF NORWEGIAN FORCES.
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March sth, 9.11 a.m.) CHRISTIANIA, March 4. The preliminary mobilisation of the Norwegian forces now proceeding is declared not to be due to a movement for secession from the Norse-Swedish compact, but is connected witii Sweden's and Norway's defensive movement, they fearing a Russian attack after the secret note wherein last ycair Russira demanded alliance or the cession of Ncraeland.
