An unsuccessful contestant of a will, in the Paris Court, the other day, had been disinherited by 'his sister because of his obstinacy. It appears that wlien hi 3 mother died he insisted on some linen, which his sister treasured very much, being sold, and she never forgave him, and he has lost, £209,000 through his obstinacy, tho Court cor.iixining the sister's will by which the property was left away from ihim.
