The pets of society have much to recommend them; there is » physical beauty if not mental attractiveness, and physical beauty involves the buoyancy of sound good health. Hundreds' of people hare their social prospects blighted simply through ill-health, and they are not conscious of it. "You can't be attractive with an offensive breath, a sallow complexion; a bilious temper, and a pimpl*covered skin! Why miss popularity through this. We all like to be popular, to be welcomed everywhere, .but it» asking too much to expect a good reception with, your breath poisoning the atmosphere about you. Core yourself of these troubles and you can do it easily enough. The first thing to bear in mind is that the liver ehould bt activ* in its functions. The liver exerts a wide influence over the other organs, and is the regulator of the system. Once the liver grows sluggish and fails to filter bile poisons from the system trouble begin*.
