MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

DRUNKENNESS. A male first offender, who was found drunk in High etreet, the previous day. was fined 5a by Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., on Saturday. John Haley, who was found drunk on the South. Belt, was also fined ss. Jane Mason, who appeared upon two charges of drunkenness, on Oxford Terrace on Thursday, and on Cambridge Terrace on Friday, was fined 5s upon the first charge, and 10s upon the second. John Clifford, who was found drunk in High street on June 29th, was also fined 10s. ALLEGED VAGRANCY. Fanny Johnston, who was alleged to possess insufficient visible lawful means of support, was remanded till Tuesday, in order that further information might be obtained. MAINTENANCE. William Whitley Bowen and Albert Austin Bowen (Mr Smithson) were each ordered 'to pay 2a per week towards the support of their mother. • »
