The following crews have been drawn for the Union Rowing Club's Trial Fours, to be rowed on the Avon on January 26th, commencing at, 2.30: —First heat: F. Otley (stri B. A. Bern* (3), H. The Committee of the Union Rowing Club met at the Boathouse on Wednesday. A circular was read from the New Zealand Rowing Association, calling a general meeting to consider the proposal of local government, and it w__s decided to support the idea. The Treasurer reported a niunb.i- of subscriptions outstanding. It ivm resolved to send a circular to all those member*, in arrears, informing them that any member not- paying by January 31st would be debarred from all privileges and dealt with by the Committee.
