MELBOURNE, October 1; A sKip has been chartered to load a cargo of wheat for the English Channel for orders at the extreme rate of 40s. Two others for February are loading at 36s 3d. (PBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGKAW.) WELLINGTON, October 2. A circular has been issued by the Department of Agriculture notifying shippers that butter_is required to pay 24<* per 561b towards "the freezing charges, the whole of which have been hitherto borne by the Department. It will be col ected by the Freez- , ing Companies from shippers.
