"Ye shall have oa» manner of law as well for the stranger as for one of your, own country: for I am the Lord your.God."— Leviticus, 24, 22. , _ "One law and one ananuer shall be for you and for tibe stranger that sojoumeth with you." 15. 16. If President Kruger had only read, marked, learnt, and inwardly digested this text, there would have been no Transvaal crisis.
