: , MELBOURNE, November 27. At the half-yearly meeting of the Mount Lyell Mining and Railway Company, it was announced that an arrangement had been made for the sale of blister copper to a refining firm at Baltimore, end the agreement was considered exceedingly satisfactory. It wa» also stated that £24*000 has been set aside as the nucleus of a reserve fund. The expenditure on the plant had now practically ceased.
