It has beea decided not to send further men to tho Cape to make up the full strength of the Lancers. October 22. Mr Chamberlain cabled that he would gladly accept .the troops. It has been decided to send thirty additional Laacers to make up the full strength of the company cm landing at the Cape. One hundred and fifty men and 200 'horses sail in the steamer Kent on Saturday, the balance by the Aberdeen.
