BELIEVED TO BE APPROACHING. United Freia Association—By Electria Telegraph—Copyright. PERTH, September 13. Lloyds's surveyor at Fremantle, as the result of a careful calculation, concludes that the Waikato is within a few hundred miles of tha West Australian coast. From his deductions he concludes that already she has drifted 3600 miles almost due easterly from the position where she was spoken by the vessel \rhich recently arrived at Newcastle. Carried by the current, and assisted by canvas, she should be approaching Cape Leuwin at the rate of fourteen miles a day. A sharp look-out has been ordered along the coast.
