Thursday. July 27. (Before C. A. Wray, Esq., S.M.) Crvrt Cass.—Dr. Maude v Young, claim £14 3s 6d. Mr Wilding for defendant..Evidence was takei, and the case adjourned for Railway By-Laws.—G. Low was fined £1 and costs for crossing the railway hue .at Hinds with a team of horses in front of an approaching train.
