ARREST OF ANARCHISTS.
MADRID, September 20. Six Anarchists, connected with the Association with which Lucclieni was identified, have been arrested at Barcelona. THE KAISER'S VISIT TO PALESTINE. ST. BERLIN, September 21. The German newspapers repudiate the French claim to protect the Christians in Asia Minor. ARREST OF A GERMAN OFFICER. Count Stoebing has been arrested at the Alsace army manoeuvres, for killing a sergeant who behaved rudely after having his ears boxed.
