WELLINGTON, September 21. The Appeal Council of the New Zealand Rugby Union has dismissed the appeal of the Wellington Union against the second goal awarded to the Canterbury team in the recent Wellington-Canterbury match. The question will now be submitted to the English Union for a ruling.
