With reference to the painters' dispute, the Coucilation Board has given its finding, which has been accepted by both sides. This allots Is Id per hour* to competent workmen, and stipulates that as a number of workmen are incompetent lid per hour should be given for one year to them. The week is to consist of 44 hours, boys are to be indentured, and the decision is to be binding for two years.
