Tuesday, September 20. (Befoie A. Toddawd E. R. Good, Esqrs., J.P.'e.J Civil Cases.—F. Bourn (Mr Johnston) v J.-Wi Thomas (Mr Scott), claim £8 163 6d for balance of wages.
