COUNT ESTERHAZY'S CONFESSION. ALLEGED WHOLESALE FORGERIES. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, September 19. -The "Observer" states that Count Esterhazy, who is in London, has confessed that 600 out of tihe 1000 documents comprising the "dossier" or "brief" in the Dreyfus case were forged. He declares that he only obeyed the orders of his superior officer in forging.. PARIS, September 19. The Cabinet has directed M. Sarrien to submit the "dossier" to a judicial commission, with a view to obtaining a report as to whether the' intervention of the Court of Cassation is necessary. Colonel Piquart has informed M.
